All of our staff receive rigorous training from certified healthcare training providers. These providers have been approved by the UK Healthcare Skills Council, confirming their commitment to providing high-quality training programmes. On the Healthcare Skills/Medical Skills website, they are recognised and identified as trusted and assured suppliers

Dedicated Training Oversight
IFlorJ Healthcare Ltd recognises the importance of employee training and development in order to give the best possible care to our clients. Our training programme is overseen by a professional team. Working with full-time RQF assessors who assist our carers in attaining RQF Levels 2 and 3 in Care or an equivalent Diploma is part of this. All new workers go through a structured induction and shadowing programme, which is followed by regular monitoring and supervision.
Areas of Comprehensive Training
Every carer receives training in the following areas:
- Manual handling for safe transfers and the use of lifting equipment – Food hygiene for food preparation and meal preparation
- Medication administration
- Infection prevention
- First aid awareness (acting with an emergency) – Abuse awareness
